In 2008 the Dutch Healt Care Authority prepared for a transition phase from set prices to free pricing in hospital care. During the transition phase prices of hospital care would be determined using yard stick competition. The Dutch Health Care Authority requested NeoDyn to leas the team responsible for the sound drafting of the policy rules that would implement the yard stick competition during that phase.
After the conclusion of the project mentioned above, the Dutch Health Care Authority requested NeoDyn to assist in the screening of policy rules for a specific group of health care suppliers. The result of the screening was a considerable reduction of red tape for that part of the health care sector. NeoDyn assisted in the screening itself and also made an important contribution to the optimisation of the screening process itself.
